Well, as often happens in development, requirements have changed.

So Here are the current requirements and description:

• Motion Detector is triggered by motion and “flips the switch” on the Remote Control
• The Remote Control relays the signal wirelessly to it’s receiver which toggles state (ie If it was Off it Turns On, If it was ON it Turns Off)
• A Basic Stamp from Parallax is programmed to monitor and capture this toggle or State Change.
• The Basic Stamp now pulses one of its outputs which is connected a digital potentiometer on an Engine Control Unit Simulator.
• This Engine Control Unit (ECU) is meant to be a simulation of an ECU from and Automobile. It can Simulate such things as Coolant Temp., Air Flow etc.  The digital potentiometer from the  Basic Stamp changes the Coolant Temp. Value on the ECU
